Founded in 1925 as the Rhode Island Association for the Blind, our mission is to inspire confidence and build skills that help people who are visually impaired and blind to thrive and succeed.
Our organization has sixteen Board members including people living with vision loss as well as professional and corporate leaders. The Board oversees an Executive Director who is responsible for the day-to-day management of the agency.
IN-SIGHT currently serves more than 1,000 Rhode Islanders from toddlers to elderly adults who live with limited to no vision.
