Our spring Lunch and Learn series will focus on all aspects of preparing a meal from organization, labeling, and shopping to safely using the stove and oven!
Our programs and services are open to anyone who is blind or visually impaired, and in many cases friends and family members as well.
It is helpful for us to receive an eye report from your eye care professional. The eye report helps us to determine the extent of your vision loss and what programs and services might be the most beneficial. Most eye care professionals in Rhode Island have our referral form, however you can download the INSIGHT referral form here.
Once we receive your eye report from your eye doctor we will call you to find out more about your situation and goals and at that time also provide you with an overview of our services and register you for those that you are interested in.

Your tax deductible year end donation to INSIGHT helps us to sustain our diverse programs for people who are blind and visually impaired.
We host ten monthly local education workshops around the state for people with vision loss as well as family members and friends.
