Join us for a presentation on the link between Diabetes and certain sleep disorders. The presentation will take place on March 6 from 1PM - 2:30PM at INSIGHT with Dr. Richard Millman from Brown University.
According to the website Web MD, "Diabetes and sleep problems often go hand in hand. Diabetes can cause sleep loss, and there’s evidence that not sleeping well can increase your risk of developing diabetes." Dr. Millman will discuss how diabetes can affect sleep cycles and offer some advice for getting a better night's rest. The presentation, which is part of our monthly diabetes educational series, is free and open to the public.
