How to Help

Your donation to INSIGHT makes a big difference in our efforts to help people who are blind and visually impaired to live more independent and productive lives.  Your donation, no matter the size, helps to underwrite the costs of our programs and services allowing people to access them at little to no cost.

Early Intervention Program

The early intervention prorgam provides specialized services for infants for whom regular developmental milestones are delayed due to vision.  As their early childhood development is completely different than normally sighted babies, our program is designed to provide expertise in evaluating and providing comprehensive services for both the child and their family.  Services include:

  • Case Management
  • Family Counseling
  • Early Childhood Education
  • Orientation and Mobility
  • Functional Vision Evaluations

The cost of these services is covered by private and public health insurance.
